PROMTECH Group assumes the comprehensive management of construction projects. On behalf of our building owners, we perform supervision and ongoing monitoring of progress onsite.

Our services include:

• Coordination of project participants
• Coordination and development of project objectives and general scheduling
• Compilation of a project manual
• Supervision and maintenance of documentation as a project progresses
• Obtaining official permits as well as necessary certification of all machines and facilities in compliance with Russian standards
• Monitoring use of funds (internal control)
• Acting as “Technicheski Zakazchik”
• Continuous or random construction site inspection
